Impact
- Increased quantity and quality of food distributed with the help of All Faiths Food Bank
- Provided clients with toiletries, diapers, personal hygiene products, dish and laundry detergent
- Partnered with local churches, businesses, community organizations and individuals to ensure pantry shelves are stocked
Mission Statement
Englewood Helping Hand, Inc is a community-supported human service agency that provides short-term assistance to residents of the greater Englewood area regardless of their county residency (Charlotte or Sarasota).
Englewood Helping Hand, Inc., is a full-service, human services provider, assisting those in need with direct human services, appropriate referrals, and the responsible coordination of services with other agencies, both private and governmental.
It is the mission of Englewood Helping Hand, Inc., to alleviate the need for clients to travel to far off offices in other areas in order to receive aid, allowing Englewood residents to access services locally and more readily.
